To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 76cm wide. The pathway from the parking area to the villa is made up of a mixture of small stones and cobblestones, and the ground is uneven in places. There are three steps leading from the parking area to the pool area, and the parking area is situated on a slight uphill slope. There are also two steps required to enter the villa. From the patio doors, there is a smooth transition onto the wooden decking, which extends across the outdoor dining area and around the pool area. Adjacent to the decking is an area of artificial turf, which is accessed via one step down from the deck. All bedrooms have a door width of 75cm. The ground floor shower room door is 65cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 150cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
