To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide. There are no steps from the parking area to the entrance of the villa. There is a gate separating the parking area from the garden area, the width is 75cm. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. There are three steps from the outdoor dining areas to the pool. As you walk next to the pool, there is one more step to get to the synthetic grass area. If you walk further down there are another two steps to get to the pathway that leads to the sea. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door is 78cm wide and the main bathroom door is 76cm wide.
