Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 84cm wide. The lounge door is 214cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 96cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 84cm wide, there is a step up from the grassed area to where the sun loungers, the path around the pool is narrow, the path to the pool is 63cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even, the garden borders are mature shrubs. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
