Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, leading to 8 steps to the front door, the front door is 76cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 73cm wide, the living area is open plan, there are 3 steps from the lounge area leading to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 275cm wide, there are multiple steps leading down to the pool area from the covered terrace. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, paved stoned and even, there is shrubbery surrounding the villa. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 74cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 71cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.
