You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Harbour View sits just above the coastal road overlooking the lovely Bay of Zaton with views back along the coast to Dubrovnik in the distance. A stunning location with a small beach just 300 metres away, and local shops and restaurants easily reachable on foot which is on an incline on the way back to the villa. This modern villa set over three levels into the hillside offers light, modern and comfortable accommodation with fantastic sea views and easy access to the Dubrovnik Old Town either by car or by water taxi from the bay below. The pool is located on the lowest level reached by some steps and fully enjoys the wonderful views. The villa is laid out so that you access the upper level directly from the parking area, this encorporates two double ensuite bedrooms, downstairs are the living room and kitchen. A studio with its own outside access offers a further double bedroom with en suite shower room so would be ideal to give some guests extra privacy and independence.
