This villa is situated in a hilly/mountainous area. Please note, the large terrace is set over split levels, featuring a number of steps in between each level. There is 1 step through the entrance gate, 7 steps leading to the front door and a further step up to the ground floor, so 9 steps in total. The front of the property is crazy paved. The pool area and terrace is best accessed via the first floor landing. A doorway off the landing area leads directly to the crazy paved terrace. There are 2 steps down to the poolside. There's a further 5 steps to the panoramic view area and further steps to the play area, games court and hot tub.
