The rental rates are per villa per week and not per person. In addition, there are no 'under occupancy' or 'accommodation only' surcharges!
Villa rental will include preparation, linen, towels (excluding poolside towels unless stated in the villa description) pool maintenance, water, electricity, gardening and various levels of cleaning and preparation.
Where additional charges are made locally, these are shown on the optional extra pricing section of the individual villa which will be displayed once the villa has been added to the basket.
Some destinations require a mandatory 'Tourist Tax' which is automatically included in the villa rental price at the time of booking, and will show on the Extras page during the booking process.
What is the Solmar App and how do I use it?
The Solmar App is your in resort companion, giving you easy access to your villa details, arrival information and helpful guidance during your stay. It’s free for Solmar guests, available on iOS and Android, and designed to help answer common questions quickly while you’re on holiday.
Is the Solmar App free to use?
Yes – the Solmar App is completely free for Solmar guests to download and use as part of your holiday.
How do I download the Solmar App?
The Solmar App is available on both platforms:

How to log in
Logging in is simple: use “SOL” as your user ID and your booking reference as the passcode.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Some features may require an internet or mobile data connection to stay fully up to date. We recommend using Wi Fi where available for the best experience.

Check in is at 16.00 and check out is at 10.00. Currently, we are unable to be flexible on these times.
You'll receive an email from our trusted review site Feefo, which will ask you to leave a review for your villa. Usually this email will be sent to you up to a week post return, but in rare instances you may receive the email later.
