Booking with Solmar means booking with confidence. Our Book with Confidence Promise is designed to give your clients reassurance, flexibility where it matters and clear, upfront pricing - leaving them free to focus on the excitement of their holiday.
Our Three Promises
✈️ Added protection when you book a package
When you book your villa and flights together with Solmar, your holiday is ATOL protected. This means if your clients' airline cancels their flight or official FCDO advice changes to advise against travel to their destination, your clients will receive a full refund in line with ATOL regulations - giving them clear, built-in reassurance from the moment they book.
🏡Fair flexibility for villa-only bookings
If official FCDO advice changes to advise against travel to your clients' destination, or the airline cancels their flights, we'll waive our standard admin fee to amend your clients' villa-only booking. They'll only pay any difference in holiday price if dates or their villa changes.
💷No surprise flight charges
For bookings arriving in 2026, the price you're quoted for flight packages is the price your clients will pay. We won't pass on additional fuel surcharges after your clients have booked - any airline cost changes are handled by us.

A flight package is when you book your clients' villa and flights together with Solmar in one booking. This means your clients' holiday is covered by full ATOL protection, giving them added reassurance and clear financial protection from the moment they book.

We are ATOL & ABTA Protected, meaning when booking one of our package holidays, your money is financially safe, giving you all the peace of mind you need for a hassle free holiday. Please remember to ensure you do have travel insurance to cover you for any unforeseen issues that may prevent you from travelling such as illness, jury service etc.
