Thank you for taking part in this short user experience (UX) study.  We’re reviewing the Solmar Villas website to better understand how people search for, explore and consider booking a villa holiday, and where anything feels confusing, frustrating or unclear. Step 1: Visit the website

Use your own device, exactly as you would normally browse – mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Step 2: Browse naturally

Imagine you are looking to book a villa holiday.

There are no rules on what you must search for. Do whatever feels natural to you.

• Choose a destination
• Enter dates and number of people
• Browse villas
• Compare different villas
• Open villa detail pages
• Look at photos, facilities, maps or prices

There is no “right” or “wrong” way to do this.

Step 3: Explore the booking journey

• Start a booking journey
• Check availability
• Progress through the booking steps

👉 You do not need to complete a booking or enter any payment details.
Stop at whatever point you would normally stop when deciding whether or not to book.

If you genuinely want to book a holiday for real, you are of course welcome to – this is completely optional. 

Step 4: Pay attention to your experience

• How easy (or difficult) it is to find what you want
• Anything confusing or frustrating
• Where you feel confident – and where you don’t
• Whether anything makes you hesitate or want to leave the site
• How the experience feels on your device

There’s no need to write notes – just be aware of how the experience feels as you browse.

Step 5: Complete the survey

Once you’ve finished browsing, please complete the survey below.

Prize draw

To be entered into the prize draw for a 3-5 night Solmar Villa holiday, please complete the survey by 11th May.

The winner will be selected and contacted by 18th May.
