- Arrival and Departure must be between the following dates:
18/03/2023 - 14/05/2023
or 30/09/2023 - 29/11/2023.
Arrival and Departure must be on the standard changeover day only, which can be seen on the villa page.
Bookings require a security deposit of £250 to be paid 7 days before arrival, this will be refunded after departure less any damage/extra cleaning costs incurred by us following your stay. Failure to pay the security deposit will result in access to the villa being denied. It cannot be paid locally.
- Validity: Valid for arrival and departures between dates specified for 7 nights only. Destination and allocation are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Booking: You must book your villa within 8 weeks of purchase. Failure to book within these dates will forfeit the voucher and money paid for the voucher will not be refunded. Bookings required by phone: 0800 7 999 888 or by villa redemption form. No modification or cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. You may buy multiple vouchers to extend your stay or as gifts. Limit of up to 5 vouchers per stay. You will be required to provide us with your postal address plus names and ages of all people staying at the villa within 7 days of booking.
- Limitations: Validity period depends on option purchased (date and number of nights). Whilst Solmar Villas welcomes same sex couples, we are unable to accept groups of the same sex under the age of 25 years old. Our villas are not suitable for hen and stag parties. You will be required to provide Solmar Villas with your postal address plus names and ages of all people staying at the villa within 7 days of booking. Only available on villas selected within each destination and within the dates specified. Voucher cannot be used with any other Solmar Villas offer, discount or Villa Rewards.
- Other Information: Excludes flights and transport. City tax included. Supplements to be paid directly to Solmar Villas at time of booking. Offer is for self-contained villa with no food or beverage included. Any additional supplements, including air-con or pool heating will be paid extra and invoiced after booking and can be removed if not required. Please check individual villas whether additional supplements are available.
- Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we have processed your booking request and sent your confirmation invoice. Please do not book any other elements of your holiday such as flights until your booking is confirmed.
