As many of you are aware, our customers request the highest level of flexibility in the duration of their holidays which consequently means that we have some amazing villas that are empty for a short time during change over periods, this could be three, four or five days.
We would like to offer these interim periods to you, our employees, for free to give you the opportunity to experience some of our best properties yourselves…all you need to do is pay to get there and make the most out of your mini-break!

How do I see what is available?
The product team will upload what ‘Filla Villas' are available in ten week periods. This is a snap shot of what is available at a particular time and may be subject to change. See the full list at the bottom of this page!
How do I book?
Once you have identified somewhere you would like to book, you should then contact the sales team to book your villa. Its important to move quickly after deciding on where and when you want to go as demand may change.
Do I need to book annual leave before I book the villa?
Yes, you should agree your annual leave with your line manager before you book the villa.
Will the company offer additional holiday days?
The company will not offer any additional holiday days with this incentive. Some of the gaps are quite short and maybe over weekends so you should use your available holiday days.
What is the approval process for taking up the offer?
A senior line manager within the business needs to approve the ‘Filla villa’ reservation at the point of booking.
Do I need to have passed my probationary period to qualify?
No, this incentive is open to all from day one.
Who is entitled to this benefit?
All our team members within the Solmar family, whether you are employed directly by the company, through an agency of record or you are self employed and work with us. This is a benefit so for those who do not work directly for the company, if you do take up this benefit, then you need to declare it as a benefit for tax purposes.
Is this open to family and friends?
You can take your family and friends with you on your holiday but you must be the lead passenger on the booking.
What do I need to pay for?
We ask that you pay to get there and enjoy yourselves. Occasionally there may be an additional minimal cost in respect of cleaning the villa but this will be confirmed to you at the time of booking. It does depend on villa to villa so cannot be confirmed until you are at the point of booking.
How many 'Filla Villas' can I book per year?
Each staff member is entitled to one Filla Villa booking each calendar year and these cannot be rolled over if they are unused.
