The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Family holidays don’t get much better than a stay at Villa Dina. Packed with facilities to keep you entertained for hours on end, this two-storey property is the perfect base from which to experience Istria at its finest.
The garden area offers a children’s play area including trampoline and table-tennis table, and just around the corner is the sparkling pool – perfect for cooling off! The main floor leads out onto a wonderful covered terrace, where you can simply relax and look over the pool below. Just down from the pool is a large, covered seating area with BBQ, ideal for family meals day and night.
The nearest minimarket is a handy 2-minute walk away, and the famous walled town of Labin is within a short drive where you can get a real flavour of Istria’s diverse culture. The beautiful harbour town of Rabac with its sea front bars, restaurants and shops is a short 25 min drive away.

Resort Description
The hilltop town of Labin is set to the East of the Istrian peninsula just south of the beach resort of Rabac. An historic town with rich cultural heritage, Labin today acts as a cultural hub for the region of Istria, with a mixture of fascinating Renaissance, Gothic and Baroque architecture waiting to be explored.
Simply potter around the narrow, cobbled streets of the Old Town and admire the colourful terracotta rooftops, and stop off for a coffee at one of the many welcoming cafés throughout the town and soak up the atmosphere.
Labin is divided into two main parts; the aforementioned Old Town at the top of the hill which offers impressive views towards the coast, and a new town at the bottom of the hill which is home to plenty of shops.
A villa holiday in Labin also allows you to venture towards the coast and into the popular tourist resort of Rabac where you can enjoy fresh seafood along the bustling waterfront or spend the day at the Blue Flag Girandella Beach.
