You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Villa Selda is a luxurious light and contemporary Villa. The spacious living/dining room is exceptionally trendy and uncluttered in design, with an up-to-the-minute fully equipped kitchen to one side and large glass patio doors leading to the covered dining terrace from where you can watch the children splashing around in the inviting swimming pool. The long list of superlatives continue as you head upstairs to the lavish bedrooms and en-suites, some people simply say wow, others like ourselves simply stood still and were utterly captivated by both the magnificent views from the large floor to ceiling windows as well as the luxurious fixtures and fittings. A short walk downhill takes you to the upmarket harbour front village of Kalkan, with its stylish cafes, fine restaurants and general grocery stores. Early evening is a particularly pleasant time of day to relax there with a glass of something cool, watching the luxury yachts moor up alongside.

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous. To access the villa there is a path that is 115cm wide, leading to 16 steps to the front door, and the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 150cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 150cm wide, the area around the pool is uneven and there is a path around this area which is 250cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor.
