Terms and Conditions
You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Resort Description
For a showcase of some of the best scenery Turkey has to offer, choose one of our villas in Kalkan. Set at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, the picturesque resort of Kalkan is home to pretty, whitewashed buildings with terracotta rooftops. Meander the narrow streets of this quaint town and sample fresh seafood at one of the many welcoming restaurants. A white pebble beach and small harbour sit at the front of the resort, providing the opportunity to discover further around the coastline by boat. Our villas to rent in Kalkan can be found on the hillside, taking advantage of the sublime views down to the resort below and out to the sparkling sea.

Fantastic Villa, excellent facilities, amazing views. Great Wi-Fi, satellite TV’s, huge pool. What more can I say…we had a great time. Beach Club nearby with jet ski’s etc. We had a car (needed really) so could get to shops, restaurants, Kalkan & further afield.
