To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide. The front of the property is slightly elevated and sits on a sloping drive. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 148cm wide. The path to the poolside is 98cm wide, whilst the pool area is flat and tiled. There are 8 steps to the ground floor where bedroom one has a door width of 71cm, and the family bathroom has a door width of 71cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 79cm wide. You can access the lower ground floor annex via the terrace with limited steps.
