Ground Floor Villa

The villa is located in a hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide along with 5 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled; however some sections are tiered, there is an additional 9 steps to the pool area. The pool itself has roman steps. This is a ground-floor only property. All the bedrooms and shower rooms have a door width of 65cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 77cmcm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
