You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Escriva is situated in Calpe, a town with a long history and deep-rooted traditions and a popular tourist destination.
This stand alone, three bedroom, three bath/shower rooms property is within walking distance of all amenities in Calpe, but it does have off road parking if you wish to hire a car and explore everything the island has to offer.
The whitewash villa is air conditioned throughout, on the ground floor you have a bright lounge with indoor dining facilities, which leads through to a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, from there you have two bedrooms, one double with ensuite, and a twin, a separate bathroom is also available on this floor.
The third bedroom is access externally and features a double room and shower ensuite.
Outside you have an extensive terrace with the sparkling pool as the main feature, sun loungers surround it, allowing for that complete relaxation under the Spanish sun. Outside also features property a brick-built BBQ and outdoor dining facilities on a covered terrace off the lounge, where you can cook up some local produce and enjoy a bottle of local wine while the sun sets.
Calpe has so much to offer, including the famous Rock of Ifach, a huge calcareous rock 332m high, Calpe itself has plenty of shops and restaurants and also beautiful sandy beaches to relax or try your hand at some water sports.

The pool itself has step access whilst there is edging around the pool. The ground floor bedroom (accessed via 8 steps) has a door width of 80cm, whilst the bathroom door is 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 69cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 69cm wide. The lower ground floor annex can be accessed from the terrace, where the bedroom door is 82cm wide, and the shower ensuite door is 71cm wide.
