The villa was cleaner than last time two visits, which made a big difference. It could probably do with a bit of a refresh in terms of soft furnishings.

Villa is well situated and well equipped. The pool is a good size and the views from the various terraces are spectacular. However, the bedding, some of the furniture and the showers could do with updating.

We had such a lovely holiday at villa sanchez y Rico. The place was spectacular out of the way of human life and the views are breathtaking. The owner went above and beyond to help with any problems we had he was so lovely. We would return again nerja is a beautiful fishing town with lovely restaurants.

This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide alongside 24 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst the only way to the pool area is through the front door. The pool itself has ladder access. This villa is on two floors. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 105cm wide. All bedroom and bathroom doors on the ground floor have a width of 70cm. There are 16 steps to the first floor, where the door widths are the same as the ground floor, 70cm wide.*Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
