To access the villa there is a path which is 70cm wide along with 6 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 78cm and other doors that access the pool area are 70cm wide. There are steps to the pool area and steps to access to the villa main building (7 steps) and 4 steps in the terrace. The pool also has steps to enter. Inside there are 4 different staircases one to the basement (11 steps), one to first floor (16 steps) and one to the terrace (18 steps). There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 16 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 69cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
