You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa La Pina Overview
Villa La Pina is a white washed villa set in an enclosed urbanization within the Fanabe are of Costa Adeje. This spacious and detached 4 bedroom property has everything for the perfect villa holiday.
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge with dining facilities. Upstairs on the first floor a twin bedroom and double bedroom share a shower room and a master bedroom with its own bathroom ensuite.
Stairs down from the ground floor lead you to another double bedroom and a shower room. From this level you can access the underground parking for those customers who have car rental. The lounge, the master bedroom and lower ground bedroom have air-conditioning for your comfort and WiFi is available throughout the villa. Patio doors lead out to your outdoor living area with a private swimming pool which is conveniently headed throughout the whole year.
A large supermarket can be reached within a 5 minute walk and Fanabe beach and resort can be found within a 15 minute walk from villa La Pina.
