Villa Benjamin

The villa itself is quite nice, spacious, the lack of air-conditioning in the main areas (living room, dining room and games rooms) made them almost unbearable during the hot days. The showers.. do not turn them on fully, the water doesnt drain fast enough and you'll end up with it overflowing to the rest of the bathroom, The pool..pay to have the heating on for the water, it is ridiculously cold otherwise, there is a driveway at the property, but it is unusable as the maintenance team park their vans on it, and they are in and out of the garage all day, so our hire vehicle was parked on the street outside instead, On most afternoons the maintenance guys have some sort of team meetings there too, which seem to be led by a foul mouthed chap from London, whom we had to ask several times to be mindful of his language as I have young children playing outside and they don't need to hear it. This went unnoticed and he continued as if the property was empty. So on the simple basis of the unprofessionalism of the staff, I wouldn't recommend this property.

Villa Benjamin was so much better than expected and like other feedback has stated the photos on the website most certainly do not do it justice. It’s a modern 5 bedroom villa situated in a lovely quiet location called Calle Pardelera just a 10 minute walk into the town. The taxi service is excellent with no wait times. The only downside was I paid for the pool to be heated. It most certainly was not. The villa was spotlessly clean with staff coming half way through our stay to change towels and bed linen a nice touch. I would highly recommend Villa Benjamin and could not have asked for a better stay. Would I go back? Absolutely 100%. It was fabulous.

Superb villa for large groups, 20 minute walk to main strip, perfect getaway walking in is kitchen to right, living room with access to pool first right then left before kitchen. To left main entrance is shower room and first twin room next to second twin room, to right is double bedroom with ensuite. Back to main entrance straight in front is stairs down to two further twin rooms, two shower rooms, small kitchen and pool room and table tennis room. Loads to do for all family and WiFi excellent. I would give villa 5 star
