You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Jasmin is a unique villa, located within Puerto del Carmen, this three-bed villa is a must-see. The glittering pool is refreshing on a hot sunny day, why not take a dip and splash around with the kids, or enjoy a spot of sunbathing as you enjoy your sun-soaked day by the pool. For those that love to wine and dine, there's multiple alfresco dining spots on the open terrace, from colourful tables to mosaic bistro sets in the inner courtyard. For the foodies out there, there's even a brick-built BBQ, ideal for grilling up some tasty treats for a light lunch. If you prefer some shade, there's a garden room just off the pool terrace. This cosy oasis is ideal for relaxing in the shade, with a comfortable sofa and wicker furnishings. From here you can access the rest of the house as a door leads into the open-plan living and dining room, bright and airy, with modern furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all your cooking essentials, making cooking a breeze on your self-catering holiday. There are 3 steps leading down to the poolside, however, overall the terrace is flat and tiled. Inside, there are 2 steps up from the lounge to the bedrooms/kitchen. The double bedroom has a door width of 77cm, whilst the ensuite door is 72 cm wide.
