To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step of 4cm. There is also a ramp to the front door. The driveway is flat, whilst the gate opens wide. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 60cm wide with a small step down from the patio doors onto the terrace. The terrace is flat, however the slabs around the pool edge are 9cm high. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support, please note these steps are steep. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. Access the the bedrooms is via the first floor staircase which consists of 16 steps. The bedroom doors are 60cm wide and the bathroom door is 55cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 60cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 60cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
