We have just spent our fifth holiday at Villa Silvana with another stay booked in October. The villa is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outside space is amazing with artificial grass and more than adequate garden furniture. The house is located in a very quiet development. We always hire a car, but if you don't mind a short walk there is a regular bus service into Playa Blanca. We have on occasion had problems (broken kettle and microwave). Any problems have been rectified very very quickly. We love it.

This was our fourth stay in Villa Silvana and as always everything was perfect. The villa has everything you need for a lovely carefree holiday. The outside area is particularly attractive with AstroTurf lawns. It is well equipped and well placed for local shops, restaurants and the bus service to Playa Blanca. We had a couple of minor issues which were attended to promptly and cheerfully. We have already booked the villa for 2025.

This was our third stay in Villa Silvana. It is a beautiful villa with a fantastic outside space and pool. It gives us everything we want in a holiday rental. The villa is well equipped, the towels were changed more than once a week and the bed linen was changed weekly. The villa was cleaned midway through our stay. The clothes airer was broken and was replaced within hours of reporting it to the cleaner. In a previous stay we had a problem with the kettle and the microwave. They were immediately replaced. Although the cleaners didn't speak English and we didn't speak Spanish they were very very pleasant and eager to please. A car is recommended to make the most of Lanzarote. We are returning for two weeks in November so you could guess we love it.

To access the villa, it is open plan path which leads right up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are 120cm wide. The grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide which is the master bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 67cm wide which is the ensuite. The door into the kitchen/dining area has a width of 77cm and the door into the lounge area has a width of 120cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
