You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

One of three stunning new villas to join the Solmar Villas collection in the Las Maretas urbanisation, Villa Esmeralda is a stunning detached property set within a large plot with a fantastic freeform swimming pool. Set over two levels, the ground floor consists of an open-planned lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its own private ensuite shower room, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom that shares a second shower room. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its own shower ensuite and private terrace. All bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort and WiFi is available throughout the villa. Outside is where you will be spending most of your time, in spacious enclosed grounds with a day bed, a couple of set sunbeds and more sunbeds scattered around the star of the show; the breath-taking freeform swimming pool (heating included between November and April). The villa also comes with a pool table and table tennis for friends and family to enjoy. A brick-built barbecue and two separate pergolas offer plenty of shade for those wanting to dine al fresco, away from the midday Canarian sunshine. A handful of bars and restaurants in Faro Park are within easy walking distance and a regular bus service into Playa Blanca town is also nearby.

To access the villa there is a path which is very open and flat along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are 85cm wide. The grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide which is the double bedroom with the ensuite and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 67cm wide which is the ensuite. The door into the kitchen/dining area has a width of 77cm and the door into the lounge area has a width of 97cm. There's an abundance of shopping opportunities in the town as well as a lively night scene, and day trips couldn't be easier - as you have the breath-taking Timanfaya National Park just 15 minutes away, whilst the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura can be reached in a short boat ride from the pretty harbour.

Villa was perfect for a family of 7and more. My grandson loved the pool and plenty of areas to sunbathe. The area is lovely and the beaches are gorgeous. Will certainly return again to Lanzarote.

Ideally located for buses into Playa Blanca and onward connections from bus station. Easy to transfer from airport by bus, if do not want to have a car. Here again, local supermarkets, restaurants and bars are a five minute walk away. Villa has good internal space and exceptionally spacious and well equipped outdoor areas. The pool table can be used into the evening with outdoor lighting. for night games. Bedrooms all a good size. Kitchen well equipped for meal preparation. The safe is a useful addition, although Faro Park seems quiet and safe. The coast is around a ten minute walk and if you head out on foot west you have great views over the atlantic (including sunsets) and south (or from the first floor bedroom balcony), of Fuerteventura. The balcony immediately outside the upstairs bedroom is also a generous size for sitting or lounging, with table and chairs provided. The barbecue area in the garden is big enough for a good sized feast! The swimming pool is not the biggest, but fine for splashing around in, or floating in inflatables. The outdoor shower is also useful. We would recommend this villa based on our experience and from comparing it oo others we have stayed in in lovely Playa Blanca. Kerry, the English rep for Solmar Villas, was around in about twenty minutes and very friendly, when we had a problem with the pool, incidentally caused by us fiddling with the temperature setting. The maid service was also excellent and thorough. We were there for two weeks and had a full change of bed and bathroom linen and towels half way through, together with a complete clean.

Beautifully kept villa spotlessly clean, six adults stayed with ample amount of space didn't feel like we where invading each other's space. Fantastic outdoor space plenty of seating areas Villa t location was about a 40min walk into Playa Blanca along promenade. We preferred the restaurants that where 10mins from villa at Faro Park a bit more expensive but worth it. Highly recommend this villa.

Villa spotlessly clean, well furnished and great outside space. Pool was clean and nice and warm. Kids loved the PS4 and pool table as well. First time in a villa for us as a family and far exceeded our expectations.
