Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area of Playa Blanca. To access the villa there is a path which is 107cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. There is a slight lip around the pool, as can be seen in the images. This is a ground-floor property. The master bedroom door width is 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 108cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 108cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
