To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 2 steps from the driveway. There is also a ramp to the front door from the pedestrian gate. The front door has a width of 157cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 157cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat. There is a small 5cm lip over the patio doors that lead to the terrace. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 72m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 72cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 157cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
