The villa is accessed via a 120cm-wide path leading to the front door, which is 94cm wide. There is one step up to the entrance. Other access doors to the villa and terrace are 120cm wide. The path to the pool is also 120cm wide, with the exterior spaces being level and finished with non-slip surfaces. Patio doors open to the terrace, with one step down to the pool terrace level. The pool is accessed via Roman steps. Inside, the villa is entirely on one level, with no internal steps or changes in height. Bedroom doors are 70cm wide, as are the doors to the main bathroom and the entrance to the kitchen/dining room. The lounge area is accessed through a 120cm wide space. The main bathroom offers both a bath and a shower.
