To access the villa, there is 1 step of approx 15cm from the roadside to the entrance gate. From the parking area, there are 2 steps to the poolside alongside a 280cm wide gate. When in the villa grounds, there’s a ramp to the front door that’s 94cm wide. The front/terrace door is 80cm wide. The path to the pool is open, though there is a 7cm step between the coping stones and the terrace. The ground around the pool and terrace is uneven, and the pool is accessed via both ladder and step. Inside, the ground floor is step-free, with no changes in height. The kitchen/dining room entrance is 145cm wide, and the lounge area door is 110cm wide. A ground-floor double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is available. The bedroom door is 65cm wide, while the ensuite bathroom door is 55cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
