To access the villa there is a path which is 134cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The path to the pool area is 100cm wide. There's also 3 steps from the pathway to the pool area. The terrace is a mixture of artificial grass, decking, and tiles. The bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 62cm wide.
