To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 89cm wide. The path to the pool area is 120cm wide. There is a sloping garden at the front of the property. The poolside is flat and tiled. There is a small artificial grass area. This is a ground-floor property. The doors into the bedrooms and shower room are 70cm wide.
