You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there is a small lip around the edge of the pool. The pool itself has both ladder and step access. This is a ground-floor property.
