You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Stunning Villa Prestige View is not to be missed, identical to its sister villa Privilege, this beautiful whitewashed villa sits within the hills of Son Bou, boasting magnificent sea views from every room. A 12x5m infinity pool with sky-blue mosaic tiles is the ideal spot for a day by the pool. Modern sun loungers sit facing the horizon, giving a distant view of boats bobbing on the sea. The outside compromises of two terraces, one being the pool terrace and the other balcony terrace accessible from the ground floor living area. A spacious balcony with a covered terrace, cosy sofas and alfresco dining is the ideal spot for a light lunch of homemade tapas, or a freshly grilled BBQ. If you can prise yourself away from the stunning views, then head inside to the ground floor living area. Kitted out with modern furnishings, this bright and airy room compromises of a smart TV, games console and an open-plan dining and kitchen area. A spiral staircase takes you to the lower ground floor, where we find four ensuite bedrooms. Two are doubles and two are twin rooms, with fashionable furnishings and offering more sea views. Enjoy breakfast in bed as the waves glisten in the distance and you plan your jam-packed day ahead. The final bedroom is located on the second ground floor, located off the pool terrace. Ideal for those wanting extra privacy, this bedroom has its own external access.

The area where the villa is situated is extremely hilly and mountainous, it is a long walk down to any local amenities or to the beach. To access the villa there are 10 steps down from the road to the path on the property, which is 120cm wide, this leads to the front door which is 85cm wide. The lounge door is 89cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 115cm wide. The living area is on this level, to access the bedrooms or bathrooms there are 17 steps down from the lounge area to the lower level, the staircase is a spiral type. The pool/terrace area can only be accessed by the 17 interior steps or the 17 exterior steps, which are on either side of the villa leading down to the the pool area. The width of the interior door to the pool area is 60cm wide, the path to the pool is 105cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, however the rest of the grounds are on multiple levels and are uneven. The pool has steps.
