You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

What a view! This beautiful, five bedroomed detached villa has amazing panoramic views over Son Bou and the glistening Mediterranean Sea. This large villa is perfect for two families or a group of friends travelling together. A unique layout, the ground floor has a bright and spacious living room with patio doors leading directly onto the pool terrace, along with two bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities and a separate family shower room. Upstairs has a large, open plan kitchen-dining room with sunny terrace overlooking the beautiful pool area and the remaining three bedrooms, one en-suite and a family bathroom to share. Outside you will find a spacious pool area surrounded by a lush lawn for the children to play on and ample sun loungers are provided for some R&R under the soothing heat of the summer sun. Out and about, a 15 minutes’ walk takes you to the popular Son Bou resort centre with a variety of bars and restaurants and the wonderful sandy beach is just a little further, perfect for building sandcastles before enjoying a cool drink whilst watching the sun go down.

To access the villa there is a path which is 99cm wide, with 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 82cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 82cm wide and the grounds are mainly flat. There are 15 exterior stairs leading from the first-floor terrace to the pool area. There are 13 stairs to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 67cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 59cm.
