You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

A modern and stylish villa located in the popular resort of Cala en Porter, Villa Paula is an impressive property featuring stylish furnishings, spacious accommodation and a beautiful pool terrace area. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within a 10 minute stroll and the steps to the pretty beach just a little further. Minutes from the villa are the Caves of Xuroy, a famous bar built into the caves which features the most spectacular views and amazing sunsets over the Menorcan coastline.
All on one level, the 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with the main double room featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a second family shower room for the others to share. The living room is light and airy with patio doors allowing direct access to the inviting pool and gardens. Outside, there is a wooden pergola which provides welcome shade over the al fresco seating and your own brick built barbecue, perfect for grilling fresh fish and meats for the family. A basketball hoop is provided to entertain the young ones and the spacious pool area is bordered by colourful plants and lemon trees creating a secluded haven in which to unwind.
**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

To access the villa there is a path which is 258cm wide which leads up to the front door. The front door has a width of 85cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 127cm wide and the door from the kitchen which is 69cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide and the grounds are flat/tiled. The outside space is mostly flat, there is a slight step up into the front door, and a slight step down from the lounge to the covered terrace and pool as well as 1 step down and 1 step up to the covered terrace and pool from the path at the side of the villa. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 75cm wide which is the first twin bedroom on the left. The widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 66cm wide which can be either of the two bedrooms on the ground floor.
