You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

This traditional Menorcan villa has been thoroughly modernised with stylish décor and furnishings throughout. Four spacious bedrooms share two bathrooms, whilst the living and dining area is open plan and leads through to a fully fitted kitchen. Both kitchen and living room open out onto the covered front terrace which overlooks the impressive pool and gardens. At the rear of the villa a second terrace with comfy seating leads to a traditional brick barbeque; why not get your grill on and cook up a storm for the family?

You arrive through gate (90) onto tiled level pathway around the pool area to your left or right around up a slight inclined pathway to the raised front terrace or up 2 wide steps to the front terrace. If arriving via car you can enter from the sloped driveway up 3 steps to the front terrace. Entering villas by one of the large sliding doors (130) into the open plan living/dining space with door to shower room (70), sliding large doors to rear terrace (130) and another large sliding door to the front terrace. There is a glass sliding door (130) to the kitchen which also has double doors (55) to the front terrace, to the left on your arrival is the hallway (80) off the hallway, 1st twin room (65) double room (65) bathroom (75) 2nd twin room (80) 3rd twin room (65). Back outside to the side of the villa is the pool area and the rear and side outside area leading to the BBQ, gate and steps down to access the beach and access to back terrace(10 stairs) is on a few different levels accessed by staged steps (12 in total).
