You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

From its gently elevated position, fabulous sea views can be enjoyed not only from the swimming pool terrace, but also from the attractive terrace stretching out along the front of this newly constructed stylish villa. The interiors are immaculately presented with meticulous attention to detail clearly apparent throughout.
As for the exteriors, the sparkling swimming pool commands a very sunny position to the front of this exceptional villa, where the adjacent terrace affords the best sea views and is sure to be a popular spot for savouring relaxing sun downers, as well as the views.
Cala en Forcat is a delightfully laid back resort and pleasing on the eye, from the lovely array of whitewashed villas to the long stretches of gently shelving sandy beaches, a perfect combination for a relaxing holiday. Due to its privileged location close to the beach and resort centre, everything you need is within a very short stroll, making evening strolls into the village of Cala en Forcat even more enjoyable, knowing that you can enjoy a glass of chilled white wine without having to worry about the drive back home. Alternatively, why not make use of the owner’s hotel (Tayalot) which is located nearby, where you are welcome to use their extensive facilities including their excellent restaurant which also conveniently provides a take away menu, so that you can enjoy their excellent prepared cuisine in the comfort of your villa.
