You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

Entrance to the villa is up 3 wide long steps to an L shaped front terrace through double sliding patio doors (100cm), into lounge, through an archway (90) to dining and living space, from the living space on the left you have the kitchen (80) with a door to the outside laundry area ( ½ step 65) shower room (large step in shower 65), single bedroom (65) at the end of the living space is double sliding doors (100cm) on to the rear terrace with 2 steps down to the garden and outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. On the right of the living space is 1st twin room (65), double room (65) which continues through and down 2 steps into a hallway with doors to 2nd twin room (70), bathroom (60) and a door to the rear of the property (70).
