This charming villa is tucked away in the residential area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa, a highly sought-after coastal town in the north of Majorca. This typical Mallorcan country home has a honey-hued stone exterior and the accommodation comprises a whitewashed fully fitted kitchen/diner, a separate dining and living room with exposed beams and pretty artwork. There are a further two modern-style bathrooms and three bedrooms with charming wooden accents – all of which have access to the garden via french-style shutter doors and come with cooling air conditioning. Filled with rustic charm, terracotta tiles and stone walls, Costa Villa is not to be missed if you're after a traditional Mallorcan getaway.

The huge covered terrace is ideal for outdoor living, with a large dining table, living area with comfy sofas and a barbecue, all adjacent to the fantastic garden dotted with mature trees. The private swimming pool is fenced, whilst dotted with sun loungers and traditional straw parasols.

The house shares the same gate and entrance with Villa Vora belonging to the same owners, yet are totally unobtrusive one from the other. At the same time, the neighbouring villas are perfect for extended groups wanting two properties on the same premises – a fantastic way to spend some quality time together whilst maintaining a level of privacy.

*Although this is a ground-floor property, there are several steps leading to the bedrooms. Therefore, we do not recommend this property for those less mobile.

Accessibility

The villa is accessed via a 160cm-wide path leading to the front door, which is 110cm wide. There are two steps up to the front entrance. The outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a garden. Access to the covered terrace requires stepping down one step, and another step leads from the terrace to the garden. From the garden, there is one step up to the pool area. The pool itself is equipped with three Roman steps for entry. The path to the pool is 75cm wide, and the outdoor spaces include both flat and uneven areas. Other access doors to the terrace and pool are 140cm wide. Inside the villa, there are changes in height with internal steps. Although primarily a ground-floor property, there are seven steps leading to the bedrooms. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide, and the bathroom door on this level is 70cm wide. The kitchen/dining room is accessed via an 80cm-wide entrance, as is the lounge area. While the villa offers spacious outdoor areas and features such as Roman steps for pool access, the steps inside and outside may pose challenges for those with mobility concerns.
