You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa L'embat is a charming 2 bedroom villa situated in a rural area between the old town of Pollensa and the beach resort of Puerto Pollensa. Decorated in typical Mallorcian style, Villa L'embat features 2 twin bedrooms which share 1 bathroom. A large dining room leads onto a fully equipped kitchen. Doors from the lounge lead out onto the large terrace and pool area. Outside you will find open terraces great for sunbathing with alfresco dining facilities and a BBQ area, perfect for those summer evenings relaxing.
The long sandy beach and promenade filled with restaurants of Puerto Pollensa can be found just 4 km away with the old town of Pollensa just a short drive away. Pollensa is one of Majorca's true hidden gems, with the famous Calvariu Steps and the breath-taking view across town and countryside. No stay here will be complete until you have visited here.

Accessibility
To access the villa there is an open path which is 250cm wide. The front door has a width of 90cm, and the other access door width is 90cm. The outside is an open tiled split-level terrace with two steps towards the pool area; the pool path is 200cm wide. The pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, both bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, and the bathroom has a door width of 70cm.
