To access the villa there is a gravel path which is 330cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 100cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 108cm wide, the path leading to the pool area is 300cm wide, there is a small step from the terrace to the pool area. The outside grounds are flat, the grounds around the pool are grassed, the pool is slightly raised from the ground. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There is also an outside bathroom, this is a shower type. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 15 fairly steep steps leading to the first floor level.
