It’s hard to beat a more picturesque setting than this rural hideaway, located down a country path from the main road that joins Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. In just a short drive, you’re in the heart of these thriving resorts and the shops and restaurants that line their charming streets. If the beach is on your mind, Puerto Pollensa and Cala St. Vicente are ideal for sinking your toes in the golden sands and exploring some craggy sea caves.

The outdoor space exudes serenity, with an expansive lawn flanked by various types of exotic plants and aromatic groves. The upper iron pergola is covered with flowers in the summer months, creating a fragrant pathway to the remaining terrace area. To access the villa there is an open path which is 200cm wide with one step. The front door and doors to terrace both have a door width of 150cm. The outside is an open lawn with tiles surrounding the pool. There are three steps towards the split-level terrace. This is a ground floor only villa. Inside the villa, all the bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 115cm whilst the door into the lounge is 110cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
