You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

This traditional gem of a villa can be found well located near the beautiful La Font area of Pollensa. As you approach the house, the external stone walls give it that lovely country feel which go on to welcome you up to an inviting front porch terrace, ideal for those outdoor midday lunches.
Step into this rustic property, conveniently located all on one level, where you'll find the open plan living/dining room with welcoming sofas along with a fully fitted kitchen.
The bedrooms are minimalist and painted white throughout, making the rooms bright and luminous. The house offers two double rooms, one of which is ensuite, and a twin bedroom along with an extra family bathroom.
This secluded little haven is surrounded by luscious trees with distant views of the Tramuntana Mountains, giving you that extra bit of privacy and that feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. Not forgetting of course, the refreshing private pool taking centre stage, great for cooling off in that hot Spanish sun that awaits you. Within the grounds, you have plenty of seating to dine alfresco and for entertainment, a table tennis table for you to beat your nearest and dearest!

To access the villa there is a path which is 3000cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 110cm and this is the only door that accesses the pool area. The grounds are flat, mostly made of pavement with a small amount of grass near the pool. The pool has roman steps to enter. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the main bathroom. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
