Managed to speak to someone quickly and they emailed information promptly and had listened to what I needed so service was good.. spoke to someone different the next day and all the information had been recorded so the conversation was easy . Biggest benefit was talking to a real person and not having to navigate lots of AI conversations /options .

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and features crazy paving and lawn which can be uneven in places. There is a step down from the patio doors onto the terrace. There is also a step down from the path in places. The pool itself has both step and ladder access, and has an edging around it. Inside, there is 1 step down into the kitchen. All bedroom and bathroom doors have a width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 80cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
