You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside one small 4cm step down. The front door has a width of 67cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 74cm wide. The terrace is mainly flat and tiled, however, there are 2 steps up to the pool. There is also a small lawn area. The twin bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 71cm, whilst the shower room door is also 71cm wide. There are 12 steps to the first floor, where both bedroom doors are 71cm wide.
