Such a delightful villa with everything we needed and more! Just outside of Pollensa, away from the main road and down a dirt track Can Cama Rotja was a beauty to find amongst nature. Surrounded by the backdrop of mountains, sheep in the next field and neighbours at least 20m away it felt like our own little haven. The owners have clearly thought of guest experience and it shows. As we went in May the weather was on the fence, but the air conditioning had both heat and cool function and the owners left extra blankets in the wardrobe in case required. Absolutely fantastic experience, couldn’t recommend this villa enough - definitely one of the best ones I’ve stayed in over the years.

Excellent location between Puerto Pollença and the Old Town, although down narrow dirt track. Very peaceful, no neighbours apart from sheep and goats. Would recommend a car as track uneven and too far to walk to Lidl or bus stop in the heat. Swimming pool ideal for children, although I thought it may have been cleaned / checked more than once in our 2 week stay.

The villa has 2 steps to access with a front door width of 120cm. From the villa terrace there is 1 step down to the path then 1 step up to the side of the pool. There is a rough gravel car park which is 2 steps up from the terrace. The pool has roman steps to enter and all the outside space is flat. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 66cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 65cm wide. The walk-in shower with glass door is 52cm wide in the ensuite.
