To access the villa there is an open path which is 250cm wide. The front door is 60cm wide whereas the other access door is 150cm wide. The path to the pool is 200cm, the pool contains 4 large roman steps. The outside ground is relatively flat with one step up onto the pool area. There is a ramp and steps down to the main door of the villa, however there is access not using the steps. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 73cm whereas the ground floor bathroom has a door width of 70cm. There are 15 steps to the first floor where all bedrooms have a door width of 73cm, and the bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The width of the door into the kitchen area is 70cm whilst the door in the lounge is 60cm. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
