The surrounding area of the villa is fairly flat and the gardens outside the villa have a slight slope and kerbs between the grass and patio areas. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide, the front door is 140cm wide. The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 74cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 62cm wide, 3 steps varying between 18 & 20cm in height, and the path is 80cm wide. The pool has Roman steps access. The ground-floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the widest ground-floor bathroom door is 68cm wide, this has a bath with shower over. There are 17 steps leading to the first-floor level. The first-floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the bathroom doors are all 64cm wide, the first-floor bathrooms are baths with showers over.
