You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

To access the villa there is a path that is 190cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm and the other doors that access the pool area are 200cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide and the grounds are mostly flat. The twin bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 68cm and both of the ground floor bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor and the only bedroom on this floor has a door width of 64cm and the ensuite doors are 78cm wide.
