Of the 5 people who went to this villa during our week long stay there, 4 returned to the UK with serious ear infections requiring medical attention due to the cleanliness of the pool. After 3 days in the villa the pool had turned a pea green and became unusable, even after reporting it to the letting agent we were still unable to use it for the rest of the holiday. The villa was advertised with a pool table and table tennis, it had both…sadly they were in such a state of disrepair that they were both unusable, this was one of the main reasons we chose this villa. There were unannounced visits by gardeners & cleaners, who decided to let themselves into the property and bedrooms whilst the children were still in bed…very poor management and a complete lack of communication from the managing agency. We are in the process of raising a formal complaint and considering further action.

There is 1 step to enter the villa with a path width of 999cm. the front door has a width of 145cm and the other doors to access the pool are the kitchen door which is 68cm wide and the double patio doors which are 194cm wide. The paths from the villa to the pool are 88cm wide and the ground is flat except around the side of the villa which the footpath has 1 step on the right side and 3 steps on the left side. The patio is flat but there is 1 step from the patio to the lawn. Indoors there are 3 steps which are 15cm in height each. Both the widest bedroom door on the ground floor and the widest bath/shower room on the ground floor have a width of 72cm. The door into the kitchen area is 68cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 999cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
